80’s Spins Slot (Red Tiger)

80’s Spins Slot (Red Tiger)80’s Spins is a modern slot machine that was created through a partnership between Red Tiger and Max Win Gaming.

Although a big percentage of the game offers modern styles, the developers threw in some retro graphics.

I got the opportunity to play this slot for real money, and here is my honest review:

Game Set-Up

80's Spins has a larger game area of up to 5x5 reels, and on it, you will get 3,125 ways to win.

The developers also include a couple of extra features, and among those that I got to use are multipliers, a Collector Bonus, as well as some free spins.

Betting and Prizes

From my experience with the typical Red Tiger slots, you get just a standard betting range. However, in the 80’s Spins, I saw a big betting range of between $0.10 and $2,000 per spin.

With the help of the slot’s features, you can get a win of up to 10,000x the stake. However, as is common with many Red Tiger slots, 80’s Spins is a relatively volatile slot, and the RTP of 95.99% may not offer the best help.

80's Spins Slot Features

It’s a feature-rich slot, and one of its major features is the Multiplier symbols. These come in different values of 2x, 3x, and 5x. They can land anywhere on the slot’s reels. I love the boost and potential that they add to a betting round.

With several multiplier symbols showing up, then you get to multiply their values and get a good boost to the prizes. For instance, with two 5x multipliers, you get a boost to the wins of up to 25x for the round.

The game’s scatter symbol comes in the image of the 80s Spins logo. This feature must land at least 3 times during regular spins to be beneficial. This way, the Collector Bonus Game (a respin feature that borrows from the Hold & Win style) is activated, and with it, you get 3 spins.

The more icons of this type you collect, the higher you climb up the ladder. This is how you will eventually manage to trigger the top jackpot of 10,000x the stake (you will need 20 symbols to get to this level).

Theme & Design

In the background, we can see some skyscrapers of a large American city. Red Tiger has borrowed from a retro style for the design, with lots of neon-made symbols present.

The symbols consist of a mix of neon Royals (in pink), and for the higher values, we get some mobile arcade games, cassette players, rollerblades, and space shuttles.

Conclusion

80's Spins has a good set-up, with the proper theme and features. I enjoyed the features, and I can say that I’m not embarrassed at all by its top jackpot.

Overall, this is a decent slot machine, and if you love the retro vibe, then you will enjoy it even more.
