Book of Gold 2 Double Hit (Playson)

Book of Gold 2 Double Hit (Playson)Book of Gold 2: Double Hit is a new slot game that was recently launched by Playson. This Egyptian-themed slot has a lot in store for you, and its Egyptian temple is full of excellent treasures that you can explore.

Playson is one of my favourite developers, and I could not leave without delving deeper into this slot.

I will share my findings of this slot title in this review:

Game Set-Up

Book of Gold offers an interesting layout of 5-3x2, with just 10 paylines.

Game Features include Free Spins mode, Scattered-Wild symbol, two-game fields, as well as Special Expanding symbols that appear during the free spin mode.

Betting and Prizes

The minimum bet amount is $0.20 per spin, while the highest that can go into each spin is $100.

Book of Gold 2 is a highly volatile slot and I’m disappointed to see the low potential of this slot.

Only 5,135xs the stake is available, and the below-average RTP of 95.52% does not help much.

As a real-money gambler, I was expecting much better offers from a reputable developer like Playson but this is not the case with this title.

Book of Gold 2 Features

Playson has used a Double Hit reels design which indicates the possibility of playing on two slots simultaneously. This is a great feature in the sense that it boosts your chances of winning.

As you activate the bonus on the two available screens, there are high possibilities of being rewarded with twice as many bonus spins. This means that you can receive as many as 20 pieces.

The Golden Book is another of the few available features, and I noticed that it serves as both a wild and a scatter.

Theme and Design

For this title, Playson has gone with Ancient civilizations, and this is clear from the symbols available.

These features include Book, Treasures, Ancient Gods, and a Temple.

As an avid gamer, and one who loves Playson’s creativity and work, I was thoroughly disappointed with this title.

Apart from the great design, everything else doesn’t quite match the level of modern slot machines that have been developed by this provider.

The high volatility worsens the slot’s potential, and I can only recommend it to casual players.
