Eye of the Storm Slot (Pragmatic Play)
Eye of the Storm features one of the most common themes, Ancient Egypt. However, being a title from Pragmatic Play, you can expect to get a fun and interesting game, even though the story is not quite exciting.
I do not have any regret taking my weekend off to enjoy Eye of the Storm, and here is my unbiased review:
For this title, Pragmatic Play uses 10 lines on its 5x3 reels design. I find the symbols very interesting, and they include Cleopatra Expanding Wilds, Multi-level Free Spins, as well as Pyramid Scatters.
Betting and Prizes
It is a super easy slot to play and to get started, you only need as little as $0.10 to spin the reels.
For high rollers though, the developer has allowed $250 per spin. Please note that Eye of the Strom is an extremely volatile slot, but it also has great potential.
With it, you stand a chance to walk away with up to 10,000x the stake.
Pragmatic Play has considered its high volatility, and therefore, the RTP of 96.71%, is great at cushioning you from incurring heavy losses.
Eye of the Storm Slot Features
Eye of the Storm has some interesting features, among them a Cleopatra Wild. It a special feature that I was able to use as an expanding wild.
This means that the symbol is capable of increasing in size to cover the entire reel.
Additionally, it can serve as a replacement for the regular symbols, but not the scatters.
Then there are the Pyramid scatters, and these are the features that I used to gain access to the free spins.
With between 3 and 5 Pyramids, Eye of the Storm awarded me up to 12 free spins. Any additional scatter afterwards enabled me to retrigger the feature.
It’s a 6-level feature that starts you from level 1, and as you continue getting expanding wilds, you will advance to the next level.
Theme & Design
Eye of the Storm heavily relies on a classic theme, and precisely an Ancient Egypt one.
However, the developer has spiced things a little bit to offer more modern graphics. I love the beautiful pillars with hieroglyphs that sit in the background, with the city in the vicinity giving it a more appealing look.
The reels contain average looking symbols though, and these include Royals (4 in total), Eye of Ra, Eagle, Cleopatra, Eye of Horus, Cheetah, Scarab, Ankh and Hand Fan plus a Pyramid.
Eye of the Storm is a great slot, from the looks to its design, and potential, everything is well thought out here.
I’m also quite impressed with its above-average RTP, and despite it being a highly volatile slot gem, its great choice for many players.
