Floating Dragon Slot (Pragmatic Play)

Pragmatic Play has partnered with the Reel Kingdom to create an amazing title known as Floating Dragon.

Although these two developers have created other slots before, the workmanship that has gone into developing this title is quite impressive, despite it using an outdated Asian dragon theme.

I love the kite theme that has been applied to the symbols, and below is my full review of Floating Dragon:

Game Set-Up

The usual 5x3 design is what Pragmatic Play has applied to this title, and there is a total of 10 active lines on it.

No unusual features can be noticed here. However, the developer has offered the fairly common ones like wilds, free spins, scatters, and even the Hold & Win respins.

Betting and Prizes

Pragmatic Play has every level of real money player in mind, and this is why they are offering a betting range of between $0.10 and $250 per spin.

When it comes to payout, you can expect as much as 5,000x the stake from a single spin.

It is a slot that offers relatively higher volatility, but I’m impressed with the above-average RTP of 96.71% that helps to keep the risk at bay.

Floating Dragon Slot Features

As expected, the wild (pretty Chinese princess) acts as a substitute for the regular symbols.

The scatter appears in the image of a gold coin, and you will get it on the 3^rd reel.  3. If you land on any of these, you will be paid up to 20x the stake. With three scatters landing simultaneously to cover the entire reel, the Hold & Spin bonus feature will be triggered.

Once a Diamond symbol appears, the scatter will increase its random prizes to between 100x and 5,000x the stake.

If you get Dragon scatters to land on reels 3, 4 or 5 reels, Floating Dragon will reward you with 10, 15 or 20 free spins.

While in the free spin mode, you will be able to collect wilds. Each of the wilds that you receive will in return give you 10 free spins. This is a good way to increase the multiplier that is available for the Money Collect feature.

Theme & Design

The Dragon theme is not a new idea, and it has been repeatedly used in Asian/Chinese theme-based games.

However, her is some small changes with how it been executed on Floating Dragon. We get to see the major symbols turned into kites. The idea is to make something that can float in the air, just as the title suggests.

Present symbols take the images of a Dragon, a Princess, and some Money symbols. Others are Chinese deities, Butterflies, Sail Ships, Fish, Peacocks, and the low-value Royals (10 to A).

Conclusion

Floating Dragon has all the potential that a slot can offer gamers. It offers an impressive design, and the theme has also been implemented in a fun way.

Overall, it is a great slot machine but given its fierce volatility, I can only recommend it to more experienced players.
