Gold Tiger Ascent Slot (Betsoft)

Gold Tiger Ascent Slot (Betsoft)Betsoft has a new title named Gold Tiger Ascent. It will feature a wildlife-inspired theme that also borrows from Chinese culture.

With a developer like Betsoft, you expect nothing but the best, especially when it comes to the graphics.

I had a chance to play the slot for real money, and this is my unbiased review:

Game Set-Up

Gold Tiger Ascent relies on a 3x3 reels design, alongside 10 active lines. As for the features, Betsoft has included a good choice and on the list are Magic Red Envelopes, free spins, wilds, as well as scatters.

Betting and Prizes

Placing a wager doesn’t cost much, and with just $0.20, I could sin the reels. If you are a high roller, you might not be very happy as the highest that the slot can allow per spin is $10

Gold Tiger Ascent can pay up to 2,020x the stake ($20,200) from a single spin. The RTP of 95.37% is not all that bad especially since the slot is not very high in volatility.

Gold Tiger Ascent Features

The wild symbol comes marked with a golden logo that showcases a Red Envelope behind it. In addition to serving as a replacement symbol, you can also use it in combinations with other wilds to create more winning choices.

Then there are the Red Envelopes that serve as the scatters, and they are marked with their own golden logo. The scatters can land several times on each reel, and with 3 to 9 appearing, you will be rewarded with some free spins.

Depending on the available scatters, you can get between 6 and10 free spins. Landing more Red Envelope scatters can retrigger the free spins feature.

Betsoft has also included the Magic Red Envelopes, and these do not come with any markings. They may appear and take over 3 to 9 positions. Once the spin is over, they open and bring goodies like scatters, wilds, cash prizes, or a premium symbol.

Theme & Design

Gold Tiger Ascent’s story is about a top of a mountain deep inside China. The design is great, and you will notice a Tiger character and a Chinese temple on it.

This modern design also comes with good symbols that include Red Envelopes, Sacks of Gold and Firecrackers, plus some Chinese writing that represent the low-value icons.

Conclusion

Gold Tiger Ascent gives a new face to the 3-reel category, and I’m quite amazed by the excellent graphics and good mix of features that make it stand out.

Although it seems to target Asia gamers, I had lots of fun playing it and can recommend it to all levels of players.
