Phoenix Graveyard Slot (ELK)

Phoenix Graveyard Slot (ELK)Phoenix Graveyard is among the latest slots to be released by ELK Studios. It’s a very interesting slot machine, especially due to its theme.

Phoenix birds are considered the signs of rebirth from the ashes, and we can say that the graveyard part of this slot is either related to that ultimate rebirth, or points to an actual end.

Let’s see what ELK Studios has in this title:

Game Set-Up

Phoenix Graveyard has a simple 5x3 reels design, with up to 243 ways to win. Special features inside include free spins, Tombstone Frames, and different versions of wilds.

Betting and Prizes

The minimum amount that you will be allowed to use in a real money bet is $0.20. I love the betting range that ELK has offered, and you can use as much as $100 per spin.

Phoenix Graveyard offers an excellent top jackpot of 10,000x the stake. However, as a real money player, I’m not particularly impressed by its low RTP of 95% RTP.

Phoenix Graveyard Slot Features

Initially, you will only get to work with 243 ways to win, but when the Tombstone Frames feature becomes active, the ways to win will expand.

Getting these frames to appear is not a walk in the park since it is only triggered via a random feature known as Sudden Death.

The Phoenix is one of the wilds, and it will serve as a substitute for other regular symbols. Additionally, they can apply multipliers (up to 10x is possible), but only if they land a Tombstone frame within their position.

The other variant of the wild is represented by the Grim Reaper, and with its help, you can access the respin feature once it appears on one of the last 3 reels.

The final feature of this slot is the free spins, and you will need 3 to 5 scatters to trigger this feature. Depending on the scatters that you manage to land, you receive 5, 6, or 10 free spins (1 to 3 Phoenix Wilds will be present on the reels).

Theme & Design

Just as its name suggests, Phoenix Graveyard will not be a happy slot, and it offers more of a Gothic-style design.

There are several symbols inside that include low-value Royals (J to A), and three main characters (jester, king, and queen). Feature symbols are the Phoenix Wilds and Grim Reaper Wilds, plus the Bonus symbols.

Conclusion

Phoenix Graveyard is not as bad as some other slots that I’ve seen lately. And although it offers some good payouts, its low RTP doesn’t make it any attractive, especially to real money gamers.
