Spinsane is a classic- inspired slot game powered by NetEnt.  The game is created with a theme of a physical slot machine as is evidenced by its look and sound.  On this particular slot, NetEnt allows bets of up to £500 per spin. The slot has quite an annoying mechanical sound that happens with every single spin.

What Bonus should you expect?

With Spinsane, there is only one bonus feature and this is the super symbols found in the base game. This bonus pays up to10 times what is offered by the regular version of the symbol. Spinsane consists of 5 reels, 3 rows together with 27 ways to make a win. The wolf’s head is the highest paying symbol in this slot game and in the free spins category, I benefited from the random wild reel.

My experience with Spinsane was that it’s actually a medium to high variance slot. However, I was comforted by the fact that the slot game offered me the potential to win up to 5,000 times my stake which was £50. The RTP of the slot game is 96.26%, which is within the market range.  I could also easily find the game on most online casinos.

Were there any symbols?

Yes, Spinsane has an array of symbols that pay as much as 10 times more than the normal version. In order to win, I was required to land on between 3 and 5 identical symbols on a payline. Below is a quick note on how this all played out:

Any time I landed on at least 5 howling wolf scatters on the provided reels, I was able to trigger the bonus spins at Spinsane.  Every scatters that I landed on awarded me 2 free spins. Given the 5 reels available, I was lucky to enjoy 10 free spins whenever I managed to trigger this feature. If I worked a little harder and managed to fill up the reels, it meant an extra 30 free spins.

The best part is that NetEnt has not put a limit to the number of spins that a player should do to get there. On your lucky day, you can expect anything as high as 2.5 million pounds.  Not a bad one for a slot with medium variance.

My Take!

NetEnt may have done a poor job on this particular slot. They attempted to create a somewhat classic slot but it turns out to be one of their poorly done slot games in recent years. The slot looked a little all over the place and I disliked the annoying mechanical sound that played in the reels. Overall, I did not enjoy the slot in the way expected and I hope they will do a better job with their other slots.
