Intro

Shawna is a 31-year-old digital nomad and travel enthusiast from Kentucky, USA. Her lifestyle allows her to work from her laptop in amazing places like Lisbon - Portugal, Macau - China, or Chiang Mai - Thailand. She entered the gambling industry when she got a job as a cocktail waitress in one of the major casino hotels in Las Vegas - Aria Resort and Casino. She fell in love with the casino’s high-paced environment, the energy, and the excitement of the place. She’s been working there for almost 3 years and as such, she always has many interesting (and crazy :-)) stories to tell!

Shawna’s professional experience covers a wide range of interesting, yet somehow more or less unrelated work. She’s a trained cocktail waitress, but spent most of her 20’s traveling and teaching English and Spanish abroad. She worked as a social media content writer for a while but eventually settled on freelance writing, which is what she does full-time nowadays.
